My first boat bought Oct 2006. Sailed her up the Thames through the locks and unbeknownst to us red boards! to the Kennet and Avon over 2 days where she is now moored awaiting adventures. Fantastic boat for first timers, manoeuvrable and forgiving, responsive and comfortable even through a cold late Oct night with no heating! We hope to explore the Kennet and Avon to Bristol and the Thames to Lechlade (?) and down to Brentford and around to East London via the Regents canal. She needs some tlc and hood repair but is dry and sound and the engine starts even after being left for 6 weeks at a time! I can't wait to get a trailer and spend all my spare time on her, canals and rivers alike.
